Shipping Policy

At KULLI Atelier, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order to ensure a smooth and secure delivery.

Processing Time

  • Custom Jewelry: Production timelines vary by design and will be communicated at the time of order. Production begins only after final design approval.

  • Finished Jewelry & Fragrance Products: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. KULLI Atelier is not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Insurance

High-value jewelry shipments may require signature confirmation and insurance for security.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KULLI Atelier is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and fees will be displayed at checkout, when applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.

 

In-Stock & Special-Order Items

Most items on our site are in stock and ready to ship. Exceptions include rings and jewelry that require sizing, custom designs, or special-order items.

Orders for in-stock items begin processing as soon as your purchase is completed. Your item will ship once:

  • Payment is approved

  • The item is located

  • The shipping address is verified

Ring Sizing & Special Orders

Standard ring sizes are size 6 for women and size 10 for men.
Some materials, sizes, and custom designs must be special ordered from the manufacturer.

Requesting a non-standard size or custom order may:

  • Require additional processing time

  • Include additional service charges

All special orders, gift cards, custom designs, rings requiring sizing, non-stock items, and manufacturer special orders require payment at the time the order is placed and are non-returnable.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

Once processed, orders typically ship within 2 business days, Tuesday through Saturday. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

  • A physical street address and signature upon delivery are required for all jewelry shipments

Shipping Address & Security

Orders are shipped to the billing address unless otherwise specified at checkout. If you will not be available to sign for delivery, we can ship to:

  • Your workplace

  • Another secure, convenient location

For security reasons, if an alternate shipping address is provided, you must contact your credit card company to add that address to your account. Both billing and shipping addresses must be verifiable with your card issuer.
