Refund policy

At KULLI Atelier, every piece is created with care, intention, and artistry. Because of the nature of our work, our return policy varies by product category.

Custom Engagement Rings & Custom Jewelry

All custom engagement rings and custom-designed jewelry are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Each custom piece goes through an extensive design and approval process, including:

  • CAD renderings

  • Diamond or gemstone selection

  • Metal choice

  • Style and design approval

Once the design is approved and the piece is ordered or cast, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

Finished Jewelry (Non-Custom)

Finished, non-custom jewelry items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:

  • Unworn

  • In original condition

  • Accompanied by the original receipt

Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Perfume, Oils & Fragrance Products

Perfumes and fragrance oils may be returned within 14 days of purchase if the product is not working well for you.

Products must be returned in reasonable condition. We reserve the right to limit returns on heavily used items.
