Perfume Bar Booking, Cancellation & Experience Policy

A Personalized Experience, Created Just for You

At KULLI Atelier, we believe every fragrance tells a story. As a locally owned, independent fragrance house in Louisville, Kentucky, we take pride in providing an intimate, creative, and personalized experience for every guest.

Because our experiences are offered by appointment in a small, dedicated space, we kindly ask guests to respect their scheduled reservations. Every appointment requires preparation and reserves time that could otherwise be offered to another guest.

1. Solo Perfume Experience

Experience Duration: Approximately 60 Minutes

• No deposit is required for your initial reservation.

• We understand that plans change and are happy to accommodate a first-time cancellation or reschedule.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend without notice, a $65 reservation deposit will be required for your next booking.

• This $65 deposit is nonrefundable if the new reservation is canceled within 24 hours or results in a no-show.

2. Perfume Date Experience

Experience Duration: Approximately 70 Minutes

Our private Perfume Date Experience is designed for two guests to create personalized fragrances together.

• No separate reservation deposit is required for the initial booking.

• Your first cancellation or reschedule is accommodated, and a $65 reservation deposit will be required for your next booking.
  

• Any further cancellation, missed appointment, or request to reschedule after these opportunities will result in forfeiture of the $200 experience payment.

• Following a same-day cancellation or no-show, a $65 reservation deposit may be required to secure a new appointment. This applies to all experiences. 

We want every couple to enjoy their experience, but repeated changes prevent other guests from reserving those times.

3. Perfume Parties & Private Groups

Reservation Deposit: $65

Experience Duration: Approximately 2 Hours

• A $65 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.

• The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your party.

• The deposit is nonrefundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event or for no-shows.

• For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the deposit may be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

Party durations depend on group size:

• 5–10 guests: Approximately 2 hours.

• 11–15 guests: Approximately 2–2.5 hours.

• 16–20 guests: Approximately 2.5–3 hours.

These are estimated durations. We will confirm the appropriate time allocation based on your group size.

Additional Private Event Time

If your group wishes to continue using the space beyond its scheduled experience, additional private venue time may be available for $100 per extra hour, subject to availability.

Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before the extended time begins.

For larger parties requiring three hours to complete the perfume-making experience, that time will be included in the original booking at no additional charge.

4. Appointment Timing & Guest Experience

We dedicate individual attention to every guest and kindly ask everyone to arrive on time.

Our approximate experience durations are:

• Solo Perfume Experience: 60 minutes.

• Perfume Date Experience: 70 minutes.

• Perfume Parties: 2–3 hours, depending on group size.

We generally reserve approximately 30 minutes between appointments to clean, reset materials, prepare the studio, and ensure our team is ready to welcome the next guests.

Occasionally, we may gently guide the pace of an experience to ensure everyone has enough time to select their fragrance notes, complete their blending, and enjoy their finished perfume.

Our goal is never to rush your creativity, but to ensure every guest receives the same care and attention.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

We understand that unexpected situations happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate reasonable scheduling changes.

However, repeated cancellations, last-minute changes, and missed appointments can significantly affect our small business and prevent other guests from celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions with us.

For this reason:

• Please notify us as early as possible if you need to change your reservation.

• Reservations are subject to availability.

• First cancellations or missed appointments will require a deposit for future bookings.

• Deposits and prepaid experience payments are subject to the specific cancellation terms outlined above.

6. Our Commitment to You

KULLI Atelier is an independently owned fragrance house, not a corporate chain. Every reservation matters to us.

These policies are not intended to penalize our guests. They allow us to fairly manage our calendar, prepare for each experience, and continue offering the thoughtful, personalized service that makes KULLI Atelier special.
